1. Set the boiler ignition pressure too high or too low, no longer within the ignition range.

Treatment method: check the boiler pressure and see if the pressure is within the ignition pressure range of the combustion engine. It can be operated in the control cabinet.

2. If the water level of the boiler is too low or lower than the ultra-low water level of the boiler, the boiler will interlock automatically and the burner will not ignite.

Treatment method: check whether the water level of the boiler is lower than the ultra-low water level of the boiler.

3. If the exhaust gas temperature is too high, the boiler will automatically interlock and protect, and the combustion machine will not ignite.

Treatment method: check the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler to see if it is higher than the shutdown gas temperature of the boiler

4. If the gas inlet pressure is too low or too high, the combustor will not ignite.

Treatment method: check the inlet pressure gauge of the burner to see if the pressure is compound with the ignition pressure of the boiler

5. The natural gas leaks and the combustor does not ignite.

Treatment method: general combustion engine is equipped with leakage detection device, which can be monitored by itself.

6. The adjustment of gas and the control of air distribution of the burner are unreasonable, and the burner will automatically extinguish after ignition.

Treatment: gas and air debugging ratio is not right, air into the wind is too large, automatic fire extinguishing after ignition

7. The boiler emergency stop switch is misoperated and the combustion engine is not ignited (the boiler is not running)

Processing method: at this time, all functions can't be used, so you can monitor them by yourself.

8. The alarm light flashes when the combustor itself fails, the ignition rod of the combustor contacts the iron, the program controller fails, etc.
