The heat carrier furnace can be ignited and heated only after it has been put into operation. The operation of ignition and heating must be carried out in strict accordance with the operation procedure, otherwise accidents may occur during ignition.
(1) Necessary conditions for boiler to be put into operation
a. Go through the boiler registration procedures and get the boiler use registration certificate. After the new boiler is installed, it should be approved by the local authorities
After the inspection and acceptance by the labor department, the user shall fill in the "boiler registration card", go through the registration procedures with the local boiler safety supervision department, and obtain the use registration certificate. Boilers without certificates shall not be put into operation.
b. The stoker of heat carrier furnace should be trained and examined by the labor department and hold the "heat carrier furnace stoker operation certificate". In addition to meeting the stoker conditions of industrial boiler, the stoker should also receive professional knowledge training of heat carrier furnace.
c. The user should have a sound management system and safe operation procedures.
(2) Temperature rise and temperature rise curve
The ignition and heating up of heat carrier furnace is a dangerous stage in operation, which needs special caution. The heating up process should follow the principle of "one slow and two stops": one slow means the heating up speed should be slow, and the second stop means the heating up should be stopped at 125 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ and 210 ℃ ~ 230 ℃ for a period of time.
After ignition of heat carrier furnace, the heating process and heating rate are carried out according to the heating curve.
a. After ignition of the furnace, the heating temperature is controlled at 10 ℃ / h until it is close to 100 ℃. Because of the high viscosity of the oil in the cooling furnace, the low flow rate in the heating surface tube, the thick oil film on the tube wall, and the poor heat transfer conditions, if the heating rate is too fast, it is easy to make the local oil film temperature too high.
b. The range of 125-150 ℃ is the stage of expelling residual water and trace water contained in heat carrier. The heating rate should be controlled in the range of 0 ~ 5 ℃ / h, depending on the dehydration situation. When there is a large amount of steam exhaust at the vent pipe of the high-level tank, there is water hammer at the bottom, the vibration of the pipe is intensified, and the pointer swing range of the pressure gauges is large, the temperature must be stopped and the constant temperature state must be maintained. If necessary, the furnace door can be opened to reduce the combustion.
The duration of this stage depends on the amount of residual water in the system and the mass of heat carrier. Short may be more than ten hours, long may take a few days to drain water. The process of temperature rise and dehydration cannot be accelerated blindly, because once the water in the system evaporates violently, the volume will expand more than 1000 times, which may not only cause "sudden boiling", make the oil level expand rapidly and eject a lot, but also make the pressure of the whole system rise sharply, leading to the cracking of pressure parts and serious accidents. When the noise in the boiler and pipeline becomes smaller, and the circulating oil pump no longer appears the phenomenon of evacuation (the pump outlet pressure drops below 0.1MPa, there is a heavy gasping sound), the next work can be carried out.
c. After the dehydration process is completed, continue to heat up at the rate of 30 ℃ / h, but still pay attention to the possibility of residual water evaporation, and stop heating at any time. Stop when the temperature reaches 210 ℃ - 230 ℃,
This is mainly to remove the light components from the heat carrier. The existence of light components in the heat carrier reduces the flash point and increases the possibility of deflagration once it leaks. In the organic heat carrier furnace of liquid phase heating, the existence of light components in gas phase will cause "gas resistance", which will make the pump pressure of circulating oil pump unstable, the flow rate decreased or even interrupted.
When there is no gas discharged from the vent pipe and the pump pressure of the circulating oil pump is stable, the temperature can continue to rise at the rate of 0 ℃~ 10 ℃ / h.
d. From 210 ℃ to the working temperature of heat carrier, the temperature rises at the rate of 40 ℃ / h after degassing,
At this time, it is necessary to comprehensively inspect whether the indication and action of each detection and control instrument are sensitive and accurate; Whether the auxiliary equipment and auxiliary equipment work normally, and whether the boiler and heating system work normally and meet the production needs. If the heat supply fails to meet the design requirements, the heating should be suspended, the cause should be found, and the heating should be conducted after the solution.
