(1) The installation of pipeline shall comply with the regulations of safety technology supervision regulation for organic heat carrier heating furnace, and refer to the manual and the instrument diagram of pipeline valve.

(2) The main material used for pressure pipeline shall have corresponding quality certificate.

(3) Except for the equipment flange, the pipeline connection shall be welded as far as possible.

(4) The welding of pipelines must be performed by corresponding qualified welders.

(5) The pipeline shall be arranged with a gradient of 2-3%, and the exhaust outlet shall be set at the highest point of the pipeline section, and the drain outlet shall be set at the lowest point.

(6) The correct installation requirements of the oil-gas separator are shown in Figure 3. The upper part is connected through the expansion tank, and the layout of the expansion pipe should be upward inclined, so that the exhaust is unobstructed, and has a certain length for heat dissipation. This pipe should not be insulated and it is strictly forbidden to set valves.

(7) Thermal expansion joint shall be set for straight pipe section above 20m.

(8) The pipe flange shall be more than 1.6Mpa（ Sealing surface shall be determined according to valve)

(9) The valve shall be no less than 1.6Mpa and temperature resistant above 400 ℃.

(10) The flange gasket is metal wound graphite gasket.

(11) The main material of the pipeline is 20 × seamless steel pipe.

(12) The pipeline support is designed every 6m (above Ø 108) and 4m (below Ø 89).

(13) The weight of hot oil pipeline, air pipe and smoke pipe shall not be placed on the furnace body and hot oil circulating pump, and the thermal expansion range shall be fully considered.

(14) The flow direction of heat transfer oil of heating equipment is low inlet and high outlet to facilitate exhaust.

(15) According to the instrument diagram, the dewatering and decontamination device should be installed, and the decontamination device should be regularly discharged.

(15) After the pipeline is installed, except for expansion tank and oil storage tank, pressure test shall be conducted for others. When the condition of "3.7 hydraulic test" is satisfied, hydraulic test can also be done（ Refer to 3.7 hydraulic test for details)

(16) The acceptance of pipeline installation quality must be attended by personnel with professional knowledge.

(17) After the pipeline is installed, except that the flange connection is insulated after the temperature rise debugging, the rest can be insulated, and the color mark shall be painted according to the relevant regulations (the expansion pipe shall not be insulated).
